Yes, our refinery and offices are located at 183 Kent Street, Millers Point, NSW 2000, Australia.
Our facilities are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm. The Refinery will be closed for Christmas, please contact us to have more information regarding the exact dates.
Yes, Bianca Luxe Laboratory is accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA).
Buying and Selling

For private customers only: if the amount of the purchase is over $5,000 USD we request an original ID or a certified copy of a valid driver license or passport.

WHO WISH TO SELL BULLION, NUGGETS, ALLUVIAL, SCRAP TO Bianca Luxe, WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING :
- Statement by a Supplier Form completed and signed (direct to SBS form on website)
- Copy of your current drivers’ licence (both sides)
- Copy of a bank statement verifying your name, and Account details.
These will be required to be certified in front of a JP, and we require the original certified copies at Bianca Luxe

- A letter formalising who is authorised to deal with Bianca Luxe on behalf of the company.

It depends on what you’re selling, if you sell gold or silver bullions and these fulfil our requirements the payment is done immediately. If you’re selling jewellery scraps, nuggets, alluvial etc, it will usually take 3 to 4 business days to get the payout.
